I lived in gibsonton in the early 60s and went to elementary school with the giant's daughter. Stayed overnight once and swam in their pool. Sad to see this landmark gone.

I recently came into possesion of some old Cetlin & Wilson show Tickets. They are heavy card stock. Complimentary special courtesy tickets with a stamp on back J.W. Wilson. Do you have any idea as to what time period or year this would be from.

Thanks in advance

G'day, It is nice to find a good website like this one. Do you mind if I used some of the information here, as long as I give you a link back?

I want to thank you for making this link to the Billboard Magazine available. I have found lots of important (to me anyway) information for those of us that grew up on the carnivals back in the early years of the business. Thanks again. Now if they would only put the AB online somewhere like this!

Years ago, Marge Miller (She was a Skerbeck)and I discussed putting the Miniture Sawmill back in working order and on the road. She said she was the only family member who knew at that time how to run it. I lost track of her and her family and who knows where the Sawmill is? Kinda funny tho how things work. After I left the show business I worked at a sawmill for 6 years and learned that my great grandfather ran a portable sawmill all over where I live now. My dad and his uncles used to help run it.
